Do my guests need to install an app or sign up?
No. Guests open your celebration from a link or by scanning its QR code, in any phone browser. They can see the venue, RSVP and share photos without an account.
Is SHINAYA only for weddings?
Weddings come first, with every function from haldi to reception. SHINAYA works just as well for engagements, birthdays, house warmings, baby showers and seemanthams, naming ceremonies, half saree and dhoti functions, anniversaries and any other celebration.
What happens after I sign up?
Tell us what you are celebrating, the date, time and address of each function, the features you would like and a mobile or WhatsApp number. The SHINAYA team calls you to talk it through, and your studio opens as soon as your celebration is accepted.
Who designs our invitation?
The SHINAYA editing team. Pick a sample from the Collection, leave it to our editors, or describe your wish, and they design your invitation and reel and deliver them to your studio. RSVP, the livestream and your photo gallery you run yourself, right on your celebration page.
How much does it cost?
Every celebration is different, so the SHINAYA team shares the options and prices when they call you about yours. Send your celebration details and the team will get in touch.
Which languages can our invitation be in?
Our editors can write your invitation and reel in English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Bengali, Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Malayalam and Urdu.
Are our photos and videos private?
Nothing your guests share appears on your page until you approve it, and you can hide anything you upload. Location data is removed from photos, and celebration pages are kept out of search engines.
Can we download everything afterwards?
Yes. Once the main day has passed, Download Memories gathers your photos, videos, approved guest uploads, highlights and delivered invitations and reels, with all the photos in one ZIP.
