Privacy notice
For guests
When you RSVP, SHINAYA stores your name, your phone number or email, how many are coming, the celebrations you will attend, any food preference and your message. Through a family link, we store the answer for each person the couple listed.
- We use these details only so the couple can plan their celebrations.
- Only the couple can see your contact details and answers.
- We never send you marketing, and we never sell or share your details.
- To have your details removed, ask the couple, who can delete them at any time.
Photos, videos and wishes you share
What you share goes to the couple first and appears on the wedding page only if they approve it. Your name is optional. Location data is removed from photos; videos are stored as you send them. Share only what you took yourself, with the agreement of the people in it. The couple can remove anything at any time.
Reactions are anonymous counts. Your browser remembers which ones you tapped, on your device only.
For couples
When you send a celebration to SHINAYA, the team sees your names, city, each function with its date, venue and address, the features you ask for, your note and the phone number you give. They use the number only to talk to you about that celebration. Withdrawing a request deletes it.
You add your guests' names, and optionally their WhatsApp numbers, to send invitations. Please add only people you are inviting. Phone numbers are used only to prefill WhatsApp messages that you send yourself. Deleting your wedding deletes its events, guests, answers, photos, videos and designs.
If you use AI wording, AI designs or AI reels, your names, city, event dates, story and the notes you type are sent to our AI provider to write them. Guest details are never included. Photos you choose for a curated design are seen by the SHINAYA studio team that prepares it. If you book an instant-reel creator, the creator assigned to you receives the celebrations to film and the contact you give for the day.
Wedding pages, maps and livestreams
Wedding pages ask search engines not to list them, and family links are private to each family. Anyone with a link or the QR code can open the page, so couples can replace a family's link at any time.
Maps load from Google only when you tap “Show map”. Livestreams and recordings play from YouTube or Vimeo, whose own privacy policies apply once you press play.
